Brain Bootcamp

Brain Bootcamp is a pioneering programme developed by Clinical Neuropsychology Services (CNS) in Manchester. Designed specifically for young people recovering from acquired brain injuries, Brain Bootcamp offers a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment that combines expert neuropsychological input with creative and confidence-building experiences.

What Is Brain Bootcamp?

Brain Bootcamp is more than a therapy programme—it’s a place to reconnect, rebuild, and reimagine life after brain injury. Over a series of immersive days, participants take part in a structured yet engaging timetable that blends:

Individual and group neuropsychological sessions

Creative workshops (music, art, performance, movement)

Therapeutic activities to support emotional wellbeing

What We Aim to Achieve

Our goal is to help young people:

Regain a sense of identity and confidence

Develop coping strategies for cognitive and emotional challenges

Reconnect with their peers and social world

Begin to rebuild a future after brain injury with renewed hope and skills

Brain Bootcamp is tailored, person-centred, and evidence-informed—placing each participant at the heart of their journey.
